2. Our Products

Guerilla Garden Ltd supplies seeds and gardening supplies for personal, hobby, and household use. We do not supply products for resale unless agreed in advance in writing.

We always aim to supply high-quality products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned and does not extend to additional losses (such as crop failures or indirect losses), as allowed under UK law.


3. Availability

Products shown on our website are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order:

  • We will notify you,

  • Offer an alternative of similar value, or

  • Provide a refund if no suitable substitute exists or if you prefer not to accept the alternative.


4. Seeds – Quality, Handling & Germination

We supply seeds that meet recognized quality standards. Seed performance depends on factors beyond our control, including temperature, watering, soil conditions, and handling.

Upon receipt:

  • Store seeds in a cool, dry, dark place.

  • Open packaging promptly and follow all instructions provided.

If you experience poor germination:
Please notify us within 30 days of the recommended germination period shown on the packet or product description. We may request photographs or the original packaging.

We will offer:

  • Replacement (subject to availability),

  • Store credit, or

  • A refund.


5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Locations

We deliver to the UK and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on destination.

5.2 Dispatch Times

Most orders dispatch within 24 hours. Seasonal or high-demand periods may cause slight delays.

Seeds and gardening supplies typically arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout.

5.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout and added automatically. Additional charges may apply for certain locations.


6. Pricing

All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we are not obligated to supply the product at the incorrect price. We will inform you and ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price.


7. Payment

Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

  • We may cancel or withdraw any discount or code at any time.


9. Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel:
You must notify us in writing by email.

Returns conditions:

  • Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in a resaleable condition.

  • You must cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Returned seeds must still be sealed due to quality and contamination reasons.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned goods.

This cancellation right does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or misdescribed.


10. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible.

We will offer:

  • A replacement,

  • A refund, or

  • Store credit.


11. Customer Reviews

By submitting a review on our website, Trustpilot, or other platforms, you grant us permission to use the content in marketing materials online or offline.


12. Intellectual Property
